: Functional Strength and Agility Obstacle Course Competition Somewhere between a military obstacle course and a strongman competition 3 Classes: Men over 170 Men 170 and under women Individual Competitors, or 5 people make a team Individual and team championships $20 entry fee (all competitors get a caveman t-shirt) Pre-register or onsite registration from 8-9am morning of competition Competition begins at 10:00am 9 events…course will be determined the morning of the competition so that no one can prepare!! Possible events include: wheel of death, prowler push, monkey bars, tire flips, sledge hammers, sled pull, farmer carry, heavy object lifting, rope climbs, and dips
